1500 H Pinot noir has been elaborated from grapes coming from a plot of 2,2 Ha of extension. The vineyard is located in the town of Fondon at an altitude of 1500 metres in the Gádor mountain range, next to Sierra Nevada Natural Park.

The recommended serving temperature ranges between 16ºC and 17ºC

AGEING

Barrel fermented and aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels, with 2 months of “bâtonnage” on its lees.

COLOUR

Cherry red, medium Colour depth and maraschino border, glyceric and brilliant.

NOSE

Predominance of spices aromas, such as clove and pink pepper, that open up in the glass, appearing mature fruit notes that remind us cherries. Remarkably balsamic with aromas of forest leaves and peat moss. A touch of dairy and of tobacco leaves.

PALATE

Intense, velvety and very fresh. Predominance of
mature fruit (cherries), paired with salty notes that remind us of the proximity of the sea. Spicy and long lingering aftertaste.

DECANT

Open 1 hour before serving and decanting, so that the wine can better express its organoleptic qualities; especially, spicy aromas and fruity notes that remind us of cherries.
