1500 H is a coupage of 4 grape varieties coming from a vineyard located in the town of Fondon. Grapes are harvested at an altitude of 1500 meters in the Gador mountain range, next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, a privileged and exclusive area.

The recommended serving temperature ranges between 16ºC and 17ºC

AGEING

Barrel fermented and aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels, with 2 months of “bâtonnage” on its lees.

COLOUR

Intense, dark cherry red and cardenal red border.
Coloured, brilliant glyceric legs anticipating a soft and smooth mouthfeel.

Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot

NOSE

Mediterranean. It commences with hints of leather, turning into mature fruit and compote. Dairy notes of strawberry mousse from merlot grapes and smoky aromas can be perceived. Its minerality is remarkably present.

PALATE

Predominance of fruit compote. Creamy texture with a sweet touch. Its balance between the acidity and the structure makes this wine easy to drink. Long after taste.

Open 1 hour before serving and decanting, so that the wine can better express its organoleptic qualities and to be able to enjoy its mineral notes.
