AGEING
Barrel fermented and aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels, with 2 months of “bâtonnage” on its lees.
COLOUR
Intense, dark cherry red and cardenal red border.

COUPAGE
Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot

NOSE
Mediterranean. It commences with hints of leather, turning into mature fruit and compote. Dairy notes of strawberry mousse from merlot grapes and smoky aromas can be perceived. Its minerality is remarkably present.

PALATE
Predominance of fruit compote. Creamy texture with a sweet touch. Its balance between the acidity and the structure makes this wine easy to drink. Long after taste.

DECANT
Open 1 hour before serving and decanting, so that the wine can better express its organoleptic qualities and to be able to enjoy its mineral notes.
